The Florida Whig Party is a bottom-up political party with a flat organizational structure.

1. Registered Voter
2. Delegate
3. Coalition Leader
4. Executive Board
Unlike other political parties, which have an organizational structure that promotes internal political conflict and posturing, the Florida Whig Party has created a structure that is extremely focused on allowing Coalition Leaders to build their organizations, as they deem appropriate. Because "people-will-be-people" and will not always get along with each other, the FWP encourages those who split from a Coalition to create their own coalition and continue their political engagement. Often, Florida political parties will have strong personality conflicts at the county level that leaves many good men and women behind and cast off. This will not happend with the Florida Whig Party. We merely ask that you agree with the majority of the platform, remain open minded, mutually tolerant, and civil. The Executive Board does not govern from the top down, but rather views itself as the central organizer for America's return of a great political party; The Whigs.
