Why do we allow New Hampshire to influence the political process as much as it does?
Why do states such as Oregon, Kansas, Tennessee, and Alabama sit back and wait for the others to pick away at the contenders for president and be satisfied with what is left over?
Why did so many Jews in World War II not collectively resist to their last breath a mad man who marched them to gas chambers and machine gun killing fields?
Why did the passengers of only one of four planes hijacked on September 11, 2001 fight back?
Why?
Because most people are sheep.
Most people are lazy and seek the paths of least resistance in life. Most people do not read books of historical substance. Most people need to be entertained or drugged in one manner or another to get through their miserable existence that contributes little to mankind. Most people will turn away or stand back and watch a thug beat the defenseless.
The truth is that, while we think as Americans we are different from the rest of the world, we are often not. The differences are slight and narrowing each day. A bit more independent here and there, but slowly, day-by-day, inch-by-inch, we are giving yards that become miles, which in turn become vast distances between what we started with and what we have today in terms of fundamental freedoms to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is said that our Constitution should change with the times. It is said that our Constitution is dated and merely a historical museum artifact. It is often said by this and prior presidents that they know what is best for the nation and that congress is the problem.
In December 2011, United States President Barack Hussein Obama, while in Colorado said during an interview with Rob Quirk of KOAA-TV: "Well, what we're going to have to do is continue to make progress on the economy over the next several months. And where Congress is not willing to act, we're going to go ahead and do it ourselves. But it would be nice if we could get a little bit of help from Capitol Hill."
Déjà vu.
On March 23, 1933, German President Paul van Hindenburg signed the Ermächtigungsgesetz (The Enabling Act) following the Reichstag Fire Decree. The Enabling Act was significant to the rise of Chancellor Adolf Hitler’s plenary powers and his ultimate dictatorship through the abdication of legal authority of the Reichstag (the German legislature). The Enabling Act was suppose to last only four years unless renewed by the Reichstag, which occurred twice; the rest is the soiled history of a world power.

Why did the passengers on only one of four planes, hijacked on September 11, 2001 say no and fight back obvious terrorists?
Why?
Because most people are sheep, walking blindly to the slaughter house to become chops and roast.
We are doomed to repeat history because we who spend a lifetime reading, studying, and contributing to society are vastly outnumbered by the lazy, the takers and the incredibly shortsighted.
As Professor Banfield concluded in his works (The Moral Basis of a Backward Society, The Unheavenly City and The Unheavenly City Revisited), individuals, families, communities and nations are successful and wealthy only if they are able to seen into the future. Those who live for today and the paycheck on Friday are always subservient to those who live for their children’s children and beyond.
Debt inhibits growth. He who owns the debt owns the debtor. The debt of the United States of America is staggering by any standard. The collective myopic vision has become reduced to “i”; as in me and mine.
Sieg Heil Chancellor Obama!
Obama you are enabled. Obama you are the chosen one. Obama you are the Imperial President as many were before you. Obama must keep it up, never not stop, fight on and demand more as you know what is best for us.
And so, Barack Hussein Obama will likely get away with all he seeks for the nation of sheep will cheer on another round of Homeland Security measures, national health care initiatives, laws that restrict free speech through the Internet and lifestyle indoctrinating public school text books, lesson plans and drill instructors in exchange for another chicken in the pot.
But alas, beware Chancellor Obama of the reincarnation of men who read, study, discuss, and look far ahead of the pack, men such as John Adams, who on July 3, 1776 wrote his wife Abigail the following letter:
“The Delay of this Declaration to this Time, has many great Advantages attending it. The Hopes of Reconciliation, which were fondly entertained by Multitudes of honest and well meaning tho weak and mistaken People, have been gradually and at last totally extinguished. Be fearful Chancellor Obama and the minions of Congress for I am multiplying through thought, word and deed. I shall not stop, you cannot stop it, the freedom train has left the station and it’s left you behind.
... "even though We should not rue it, which I trust in God We shall not", we know what needs to be done and as has been done in the past. It has and always will take a small group of dedicated and forward looking people willing to do what must be done for We the People, despite the broad lack of participation or comprehension of We by We, we will right the course upon which we walk.
Freedom is no won or maintained with the wine of Kings from palaces aloft but from the blood of the common man for whom all power resides.
Et tu, Brute?
